We want to make your trailer rental experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below are answers to the most common questions we receive.

What do I need to rent a trailer?

You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of safely towing the trailer. Depending on the trailer type, a specific hitch size may be required (2" ball, 2 5/16", etc.).

Do I need insurance?

Yes. Renters are responsible for ensuring their auto insurance covers towing a rental trailer. Please check with your provider before booking.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable deposit is required for each rental. The deposit amount is $150 and is returned once the trailer is brought back in good condition.

How does contactless pickup work?

After booking online, you’ll receive instructions for our lockbox pickup system. This allows you to collect your trailer anytime during your rental period without waiting for staff.

What if I return the trailer late?

Late returns may result in additional charges. Please contact us immediately if you need more time—extensions are often possible if arranged in advance.

Do you offer weekend or multi-day discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted weekend packages and reduced rates for multi-day rentals. Please see our "Rental Rates"(https://chasentires.com/pages/rental-rates) page for details.

What happens if the trailer is damaged?

The renter is responsible for any damage or excessive wear that occurs during the rental period. Please inspect the trailer before pickup and report any existing issues to us.
